Cancelation Policy: 1. Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. However, if a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, they will forfeit 50% of their deposit. 2. Cancellation by Salon: In the event that the salon needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, the salon will provide at least 24 hours notice to the client. If the salon fails to provide 24 hours notice, the client's deposit will be refunded in full. 3. Late Arrival by Client: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the client's deposit. 4. No-show by Client: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice or explanation, the salon reserves the right to retain the client's deposit. By agreeing to this cancellation policy, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above. The salon reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
